About the Role

Societe Generale, a global banking leader, is seeking an experienced Finance Specialist to join our Asset and Liability Management team in the Americas Region. This role involves collaborating with Treasury, Risk, and Operations teams to develop and implement robust liquidity models.

The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical skills, excellent communication abilities, and experience working with financial balance sheets. Job Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain advanced liquidity models using Excel-based tools and programming languages such as Python.
  • Analyze and interpret complex financial data, providing insightful recommendations for strategic business initiatives.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure model accuracy, completeness, and regulatory compliance.
  • Present findings and recommendations to senior management and stakeholders through clear, concise reports and presentations.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance, Accounting, Mathematics, Engineering, or Computer Science.
  • 1-3 years of experience in finance, accounting, or a related field.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with proficiency in Excel and experience with programming languages.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with ability to interface effectively with key partners.
