About the Role

P & N Development Ltd. is seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Daycare Supervisor to join our team. As a key member of our childcare program, you will be responsible for developing and implementing child-care programs that support and promote the physical, cognitive, emotional, and social development of children.

Key Responsibilities
  • Program Development: Design and implement child-care programs that cater to the diverse needs of children, ensuring a safe and nurturing environment.
  • Staff Supervision: Supervise and train staff, trainees, or volunteers to ensure they are equipped to provide high-quality care and education to children.
  • Activity Planning: Plan and lead activities that promote learning, socialization, and physical development, including storytelling, singing, and outings to local attractions.
  • Supply Management: Order and manage supplies and equipment to maintain a clean and well-stocked environment.
  • Child Development: Observe children for signs of potential learning or behavioral problems and prepare reports for parents, guardians, or supervisors.
  • Environment Maintenance: Plan and maintain an environment that protects the health, security, and well-being of children.
  • Program Coordination: Plan and organize activities for school-age children in child-care programs before and after regular school hours.
Requirements
  • Education: Completion of a Child Development Worker (ECE Level 2) program or equivalent.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a childcare setting.
  • Personal Qualities: Punctuality, team player, and strong values and ethics.
Work Environment

This is a permanent position with a 35-hour workweek. The language of work is English.
