Circle K is seeking a highly skilled Retail Store Supervisor to join our team. As a key member of our retail team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our store, ensuring that our customers receive exceptional service and that our store runs smoothly and efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assign sales workers to duties and ensure that they are adequately trained to perform their tasks.
- Authorize payments by cheque and ensure that all financial transactions are accurate and up-to-date.
- Establish work schedules and ensure that all employees are aware of their duties and responsibilities.
- Supervise and co-ordinate the activities of workers, ensuring that they are working efficiently and effectively.
- Organize and maintain inventory, ensuring that our store is always stocked with the latest products and that our customers have access to a wide range of products.
- Resolve issues that may arise, including customer requests, complaints and supply shortages.
Requirements:
- 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a retail environment.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate records.
- Reliability and ability to work independently.
