Job Title: Contracts Manager

Job Summary:

This is a challenging and rewarding role that requires a strong understanding of contract management principles and practices. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the end-to-end contract lifecycle, including contract drafting, negotiation, review, approval, execution, and renewal.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage contract performance and compliance
  • Conduct thorough review and analysis of contract terms and conditions
  • Negotiate new and renewal contracts and contract changes
  • Work with internal departments and management to ensure adherence to contractual terms
  • Develop and maintain a contractual document repository
  • Support financial forecasting for contract expenditures
  • Supervise a team of Contract Administrators

Requirements:

  • 5+ years' industry experience with Contract Management emphasis
  • Bachelor of Commerce/ Business Administration
  • Excellent knowledge of MS Office, especially advanced Excel skills
  • Good organizational and time-management skills
  • Above average interpersonal and written communication skills
