  • Manage Supplier Relationships
    • Establish and maintain strong relationships with key suppliers to ensure timely delivery, quality, and cost-effectiveness.

  • Lead Cross-Functional Teams
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including procurement, logistics, and operations, to ensure seamless execution of sourcing strategies.

  • Drive Business Growth
    • Develop and implement strategies to drive business growth through effective sourcing and procurement practices.

Requirements

  • 7+ years of experience in IT Sourcing, including successful development and negotiation of complex technology agreements.
  • Strategic Leadership: Providing strategic direction and leadership in sourcing and procurement.
  • Global Sourcing Expertise: Experience in managing global supplier networks and logistics.
  • Supplier Relationship Excellence: Establishing long-term strategic partnerships with key suppliers.
  • Financial Acumen: Understanding financial impacts of sourcing decisions and cost structure.
  • Experienced sourcing practitioner, understanding of best-practice sourcing methodology with a deep knowledge of contract terms and contractual language.
  • Proven track record of delivering significant cost savings through effective implementation of IT sourcing strategy.
  • Experience working with large enterprise software and hardware companies.
  • Demonstrated ability to think critically and solve problems.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Self-starter who can take ownership and accountability and lead projects independently.
  • Proven capabilities in operating in a very fast-paced, results-driven environment.
