Job Summary

We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled Area Vice President to lead our Security Services team in the USA. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing strategic plans to drive business growth, improve operational efficiency, and enhance customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities
  • Strategic Planning: Develop and implement short- and long-term plans to achieve business objectives, aligning with company goals and strategies.
  • Operational Leadership: Oversee the management of security services, including customer service, security solutions, and incident response.
  • Financial Management: Manage budgets, costs, and financial planning to ensure optimal resource allocation and revenue growth.
  • Team Management: Lead and develop a team of security professionals, providing coaching, mentoring, and performance evaluations to ensure high levels of performance and engagement.
  • Customer Relationships: Foster strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and delivering tailored security solutions to meet their expectations.
  • Compliance and Risk Management: Ensure compliance with relevant laws, regulations, and company policies, identifying and mitigating risks to minimize potential impacts on the business.
  • Collaboration and Communication: Work closely with internal stakeholders, including sales, marketing, and finance teams, to ensure seamless integration and effective communication.
Requirements
  • Education: University degree or college diploma in a related field, such as business administration, security management, or a related discipline.
  • Experience: Minimum 10 years of progressive management experience, with a minimum of 7 years of direct management experience in a senior leadership role, preferably in a security services or related industry.
  • Skills: Proven leadership and management skills, with the ability to develop and implement strategic plans, manage budgets, and lead high-performing teams. Strong communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills are essential.
