Key Responsibilities:

  2. Operational Management: Oversee the day-to-day operations of the organization, ensuring efficient use of resources, and maintaining high standards of quality and productivity.
  3. Team Management: Lead and manage a team of middle managers, directors, and other executive staff, providing guidance, coaching, and development opportunities to enhance their skills and performance.
  4. Financial Management: Establish and manage financial and administrative controls, ensuring the organization's financial stability and growth.
  5. Representation and Communication: Represent the organization in negotiations, official functions, and other external activities, communicating effectively with stakeholders, including employees, customers, and partners.
