We are seeking a highly skilled Liaison to join our team and support the strategic initiatives and operations of our Joint Collaborative Committees (JCCs).
The Job
The Liaison will design and implement approaches to elevate alignment across the four JCCs, liaising between JCC Leadership, the JCC co-chairs, external leaders, and key staff to support the directives of the Physician Services Committee (PSC). This role will support the JCCs to create capacity to address emerging issues and explore opportunities for increased collaboration across the committees.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop briefing notes and reports to facilitate strategic discussions for JCC Co-Chair meetings and JCC Leadership tables.
- Lead the development and implementation of aligned approaches as requested by the JCC co-chairs.
- Support the implementation of the JCC Co-Chair workplan.
- Liaise with Doctors of BC staff to leverage and streamline JCC activities.
Requirements
- Graduate university degree and/or recognized professional designation in a specialized field.
- Up to six years of progressive experience in a related field.
- Public engagement training, project management, and change management training and experience are assets.
- Detailed knowledge of the BC healthcare system, issues, and trends is preferred.
