We are seeking a Production Supervisor to lead and support our Peterborough Fuel Bundle Assembly Production team. This role requires strong leadership and communication skills, as well as the ability to plan, execute, and solve problems.

The successful candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in business, industrial management, or engineering, and at least 3 years of manufacturing supervision experience. They will be able to promote safety and quality as top priorities, develop production line manufacturing plans, and manage day-to-day production activities.

The Production Supervisor will also be responsible for providing direction to support the needs of each production area, creating and overseeing an employee training schedule, and maintaining open lines of communication between employees and management.

Key qualifications and experience include:

  • Bachelor's degree in business, industrial management, or engineering
  • At least 3 years of manufacturing supervision experience
  • Ability to plan, communicate, and execute
  • Ability to deal fairly and equitably with all employees
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Unionized environment experience is preferred

BWXT Nuclear Energy Canada Inc. offers a competitive salary range of $78,000 to $121,000 per year, as well as a comprehensive benefits package and opportunities for professional growth and development.
