Job Title: Security Systems Technician

At Paladin Technologies, we are seeking a highly skilled Security Systems Technician to join our team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for installing, configuring, and maintaining CCTV systems, alarm systems, and related security equipment.

Responsibilities:
  • Install and configure CCTV systems, alarm systems, and related security equipment
  • Perform cable pulling, termination, and routing as part of security system installation
  • Provide customer training for proper system usage and respond to technical inquiries
  • Troubleshoot and repair malfunctioning security equipment and systems
  • Complete detailed and accurate paperwork
  • Perform other tasks as required
Qualifications:
  • 3-5 years of experience in a technical role within the integrated security industry
  • Postsecondary training in electronics or equivalent is considered an asset
  • Proficiency in cable pulling, installation, and basic troubleshooting
  • Experience with security systems, CCTV, alarms
  • Vendor Certification in low voltage systems is preferred
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to work well with customers and team members
  • Valid Driver's License with clean abstract
  • Able to work independently

Hourly Pay Range: $28ph - $37ph DOE
