Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain financial systems to provide accurate information and analysis to stakeholders.
  • Lead the development and implementation of agency-wide financial management systems.
  • Ensure compliance with legislative requirements and generally accepted accounting principles.
  • Manage payroll, agency insurance, and IT services.
  • Coordinate business planning, operating and capital budgeting, forecasting, and collective agreement negotiations.
  • Accountable for the use and allocation of financial resources, internal controls, and an effective financial system.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of a post-secondary graduation equivalent to a four-year degree in business studies with a professional accounting designation.
  • Minimum of six years' experience in financial and administrative management, with a minimum of four years in a leadership/supervisory capacity.
  • Experience in the Non-Profit Sector is an asset.

Requirements:

  • Working knowledge of Generally Accepted Accounting Principles, payroll, and Information Technology.

Salary Range: $85,196.80 - $98,467.20 plus benefits
