Key Responsibilities:
  • Read and interpret engineering drawings, blueprints, charts, and tables to understand production requirements.
  • Operate and maintain boring machines, drill presses, milling machines, screw machines, surface grinders, tapping machines, and tool grinders to produce precision parts and products.
  • Use computer numerical control (CNC) machines to program and operate complex machining operations.
  • Verify dimensions of parts and products using precision measuring instruments to ensure accuracy and conformance to specifications.
  • Maintain a clean and organized work environment, adhering to safety protocols and procedures to prevent accidents and injuries.
Requirements:
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines and repetitive tasks.
  • Physical stamina to stand for extended periods and lift heavy equipment.
  • Excellent attention to detail and ability to work accurately under pressure.
