Job Title:
Senior Consultant, Talent Acquisition - Scotia Technology

As a Senior Consultant, Talent Acquisition, you will lead the end-to-end recruitment process for senior, complex, and specialized Technology and Techno-Functional roles at Scotia Technology. Your expertise will be instrumental in partnering with senior leaders and executives to advise on hiring decisions, ensuring the best talent selection for their teams.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead recruitment events (in-person / virtual) and drive talent marketing efforts to attract top tech talent.
  • Develop and implement innovative sourcing strategies to scout the market for strong tech candidates via tech platforms, professional media networks, events, and resume mining.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to ensure exceptional service and diligence in the recruitment process.
  • Provide market intelligence on the latest talent and tech market trends, leveraging data for TA analytics, compliance, and data-driven TA delivery.
  • Develop and maintain a diverse talent pipeline, focusing on equity deserving groups, and ensuring a diverse and inclusive recruitment process.

Requirements:
  • Progressive recruitment experience, leading initiatives and building recruitment strategies.
  • Hands-on expertise in leveraging data for TA analytics, compliance, and data-driven TA delivery.
  • Strong business acumen and advising on hiring decisions.
  • Fluency in French and/or Spanish is considered an asset.
  • Internal training to support your growth and enhance your skills.
