Job Summary

We are seeking a detail-oriented Clean and Maintain Facilities Assistant to join our team at JONATHAN MUNEZ, GENALYN MUNEZ. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

About the Role

This is a permanent full-time position requiring 35-40 hours of work per week. As a Clean and Maintain Facilities Assistant, you will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and organization of our facilities, including sweeping, mopping, washing, and polishing floors, dusting furniture, and vacuuming carpets and upholstery. You will also handle lost and found items, provide information to customers, and maintain a safe and healthy working environment.

Requirements
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent experience
  • Ability to work under pressure and in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Reliability, dependability, and a client-focused approach
  • Flexibility and ability to adapt to changing situations
Work Environment

You will work in a variety of settings, including apartment/condominium complexes, office buildings, commercial buildings, private residences, and recreational facilities/institutions. This role requires standing for extended periods, handling heavy loads, and performing repetitive tasks.

Language

The primary language of this job is English, and proficiency in English is required.

Salary

The estimated salary for this position is $35,000-$45,000 per year, based on industry standards and location. However, please note that salaries can vary depending on individual circumstances and company policies.
