Job Summary

First Onsite - CA is seeking a highly skilled Water Damage Restoration Team Lead to join our team. As a key member of our emergency response and restoration project, you will be responsible for ensuring the goals and needs of our customers and insurance companies are met.

Key Responsibilities
  • Train and mentor new water damage technicians and laborers on job sites
  • Provide assistance and support to move projects forward in a timely manner
  • Ensure a clean, safe, and uncluttered work environment that minimizes cross-contamination
  • Learn and practice correct procedures for environmental work
  • Provide assistance and support to coworkers with task completion as required
  • Perform physical labor, material handling, and lifting, as well as work in tight spaces (attics, basements, and crawlspaces)
Requirements
  • Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
  • Strong interpersonal skills with a customer service orientation
  • WRT certification is an asset
  • Availability for scheduled on-call and after-hour shifts
