Compensation: $20 – $23/ hour

At On Side Restoration, we're looking for a skilled Water Damage Technician Lead to join our team. If you're passionate about providing exceptional service and have a knack for leading a team, we want to hear from you.

The Job – Water Damage Technician Lead

As a Water Damage Technician Lead, you'll be responsible for leading our team in responding to water damage emergencies. You'll work closely with customers to understand their needs and provide solutions that meet their expectations.

What you bring:

  • IICRC S- Standard and Reference Guide for Professional Water Damage Restoration certification.
  • Knowledge of structural drying procedures
  • Ability to perform structural drying assessments in accordance with IICRC guidelines
  • Ability to complete multi-unit structural drying assessments
  • Leadership abilities and experience leading a team
  • Experienced with all drying tools (air movers, negative air machines, pressurized drying systems, floor drying systems, dehumidifiers)
  • Organized with a good sense of time— you're rarely late and know where all your tools are
  • Physically fit
  • A safety-first mindset
  • Valid driver's licence and a clean criminal record (we do check)
  • Ability to communicate in English

Past industry experience (although not required) that can translate into success as a Water Damage Technician Lead includes: Water Damage Manager, lead hand, Water Damage Technician, Restoration Technician.

Other stuff that will contribute to your success but isn't required:

  • Knowledge of 3D Imaging

Of Note

Disasters can strike at any time, so a rotating schedule of 24/7 after hours on-call work is a requirement.
