Job Title: Water Damage Technician - Health Care Focus

We are seeking a skilled Water Damage Technician to join our team at On Side Restoration. As a Water Damage Technician, you will be responsible for responding to water damage emergencies in a timely and professional manner.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Respond to water damage emergencies in a timely and professional manner
  • Assess and mitigate water damage to prevent further damage and ensure a safe working environment
  • Use specialized equipment and techniques to extract water and dry affected areas
  • Work with customers to understand their needs and provide excellent customer service
  • Collaborate with other team members to ensure a smooth and efficient restoration process
Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Valid driver's license and clean driving record
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and work in a fast-paced environment
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Previous experience in water damage restoration or a related field
  • Certification in water damage restoration (IICRC or equivalent)
  • Knowledge of safety protocols and procedures
