Digital Energy Solutions Engineer

The Digital Power Application Center (DPAC) is seeking a Digital Energy Solutions Tender Engineer to enhance our team. This role involves transforming end-user needs into solutions that help customers meet modern-day requirements, digitize electrical distribution systems in various settings, and ensure competitiveness and technical compliance of bid submissions.
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Electrical Engineering, Industrial Automation Engineering degree or equivalent education
- 5+ years' experience in tendering/quotation for Automation projects related to Industrial Power Systems
- Application knowledge of SCADA and Automation Solutions for Industrial Power Systems
- Effective communication with stakeholders, work planning, and organizational skills
- Registered Professional Engineer with the Professional Engineers Ontario (PEO) or Ordre des ingénieurs du Québec (OIQ)
- Driving license required
- Availability for travel to customer sites within the country (10-30%)
- Functional knowledge of English and French is required for Quebec-based candidates
