Position Overview

The ideal candidate will assist in troubleshooting application system-related issues and identify solutions to business system problems. They will lead or participate in multiple projects, completing and updating project documentation, managing project scope, and ensuring efficient and on-time delivery of project tasks and milestones.

  • Assist with troubleshooting application system-related issues.
  • Identify solutions to business system problems.
  • Lead or participate in multiple projects by completing and updating project documentation; managing project scope; adjusting schedules when necessary; determining daily priorities; ensuring efficient and on-time delivery of project tasks and milestones; following proper escalation paths; and managing customer and supplier relationships.
  • Create and maintain requirements, issue logs, meeting minutes, meeting schedules, project summaries, and updates.
  • Diligently support and lead where needed, various activities between the teams to ensure the business and technical requirements and objectives are met.
  • Participate and contribute to the overall system(s) design.

Required Skills

  • Experience with creating documentation on highly integrated enterprise systems, SOA, and integrated testing.
  • Experience in .NET, Java, and JavaScript.
  • Proficient in querying Oracle and SQL databases.
  • Possesses excellent oral and written communication skills.
  • Strong documentation skills.
  • Team player with strong interpersonal skills and ability to take a leadership role when necessary.
  • Problem-solving skills.
  • Demonstrated experience with Agile development methodology.
  • Experience in JIRA.
  • Good project management skills and/or substantial exposure to project-based work structures, project lifecycle models, etc.
