Regional Manager, Health Services

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Regional Manager, Health Services to join our team at Dynacare. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for the operation of our Regional Patient Service locations, ensuring that we deliver exceptional patient experiences and outstanding customer service.
Key Responsibilities- Build and manage high-performing teams through strategic hiring, training, and performance management.
- Develop and implement effective operational strategies to drive business growth and improve efficiency.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement process improvements and optimize workflow.
- Conduct regular metric reviews to ensure key performance indicators are met or exceeded, and introduce corrective actions where necessary.
- Develop and administer regional operating budgets, identifying opportunities for cost savings and recommending improvements.
- Oversee maintenance and renovation programs for each location in the region, working closely with the Manager, Support Services.
- Lead by example, demonstrating Dynacare's core values of client and patient focus, integrity, and respect for others.
- Post-secondary education in Healthcare, Science, or Business.
- 3+ years of leadership experience in a high-paced, customer-facing environment.
- Proven ability to develop, implement, and improve the patient/client experience, applying people management and industry best practices.
- Demonstrated proficiency with MS Office and analytical aptitude to identify and recommend process improvements.
- Ability to effectively lead a team, manage conflict, and champion change, while adapting to and thriving in a team environment with competing and changing demands.
