About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Regional Manager, Health Services to join our team at Dynacare. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for the operation of our Regional Patient Service locations, ensuring that we deliver exceptional patient experiences and outstanding customer service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Build and manage a high-performing team of healthcare professionals, fostering a culture of positive employee relations and strong teamwork.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve patient satisfaction, quality of care, and operational efficiency.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business growth, improve processes, and enhance patient outcomes.
  • Manage budgets, resources, and metrics to ensure alignment with corporate goals and objectives.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and regulatory requirements, applying this knowledge to drive continuous improvement.
Requirements
  • Post-secondary education in Healthcare, Science, or Business.
  • 3+ years of leadership experience in a high-paced, customer-facing environment.
  • Proven track record of driving business growth, improving processes, and enhancing patient outcomes.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and implement process improvements.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders.
