Job Description
We are seeking a highly analytical Digital Marketing Director to lead our digital marketing strategy and drive revenue through paid marketing programs.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate closely with the leadership team to execute key Digital Marketing campaigns.
- Work with SEO teams on content strategy and production.
- Collaborate with SEM teams and agencies to develop growth strategies.
- Enhance and develop our Social Media paid strategy.
- Identify growth opportunities and execute annual action plans.
- Drive and report on the performance of all digital campaigns.
- Work with various teams to enhance overall marketing and sales strategies.
Qualifications
We are looking for a highly analytical professional with a proven track record of leveraging data and metrics to drive success online.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in a similar role, managing a team of 10 or more.
- Strong understanding of various digital marketing channels and tactics.
- Strong teamwork and collaboration skills.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills.
- Strong organizational skills.
- Proficiency in Google and Bing Ad Platforms.
- Proficiency in Facebook/Instagram social platforms.
- Familiarity with affiliate and 3rd party platforms and partners.
- Experience with project management tools.
- Keen eye for graphic design.
- Self-motivated to drive improvements and influence others.
- Fully bilingual in English and French.
