About the Role
This is an exciting opportunity to work with our team to make a difference in the lives of others. Reporting to the Director Regional Development, you'll be responsible for evaluating and approving final project designs, construction specifications, cost estimates, and project schedules. You'll also provide advice on complex Non-Profit Society's selection processes and negotiate contracts and manage performance.
Candidate Profile
We're looking for a highly experienced professional with a strong background in project management, particularly in multi-unit residential housing. You'll have significant knowledge of project management philosophies and practices, as well as experience in negotiating contracts, municipal land use entitlements, and addressing real estate issues. Your excellent communication and interpersonal skills will enable you to establish and maintain effective working relationships with stakeholders.
What We Offer
BC Housing offers a competitive salary range of $127,112 - $149,543 annually. In addition to your base salary, you'll also receive an excellent benefits package.
