Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Project Manager to join our team at Trane Technologies. As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for the administration, implementation, and management of HVAC equipment projects. This role requires strong organizational and communication skills, as well as the ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Project Planning and Analysis: Develop and implement project plans, schedules, and budgets to ensure successful project delivery.
  • Customer Communication: Communicate with customers and stakeholders to understand project requirements and provide updates on project progress.
  • Project Coordination: Coordinate with internal teams and external contractors to ensure project timelines and budgets are met.
  • Cost Control: Monitor and control project expenses to ensure they are within budget.
  • Schedule Management: Create and manage project schedules, including generating tasks, estimates, dependencies, and milestones.
  • Equipment Management: Manage the ordering, installation, and commissioning of HVAC equipment.
  • Financial Management: Manage project cash flow, including progress billing, collections, and resource allocation.
Requirements
  • Education: Associate's degree in engineering or equivalent, or a minimum of four years of project management experience.
  • Experience: Minimum of two years of project management experience in the HVAC industry, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Skills: Strong customer service and problem-solving skills, strong communication skills, and ability to work independently and as part of a team.
