SMT Inspector/Repairer - Electronics Manufacturing Specialist

Job Summary:

  • Ensure that all electronic components and assemblies meet the required quality standards.
  • Perform thorough inspections and repairs of Surface Mount Technology (SMT) components.
  • Collaborate with production teams to meet manufacturing and quality targets.
  • Comply with all company policies and procedures related to quality control and manufacturing.
  • Maintain a clean and organized workspace to ensure efficient production.
  • Perform other tasks as required to support the production team.

Requirements:

  • Grade 12 graduate with a strong background in electronics or a related field.
  • Minimum 5 years' experience in hand soldering and assembly, with a focus on SMT components.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications.
  • General knowledge of electronic components and manufacturing processes.
  • Experience working in a production environment or with similar equipment.
