We are a fine dining restaurant seeking an experienced and skilled Executive Chef to lead our kitchen team. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for creating menus, managing food costs, and ensuring the highest quality of cuisine is served to our guests.


Job Summary

The Executive Chef will oversee all culinary operations, including menu planning, food preparation, and presentation. This role requires a strong passion for cooking, excellent leadership skills, and the ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment.


Key Responsibilities
  1. Create menus that showcase seasonal ingredients and offer a unique dining experience
  2. Manage food costs and inventory to ensure profitability
  3. Supervise a team of cooks and kitchen staff to ensure efficient service
  4. Maintain high standards of food quality and presentation
  5. Collaborate with the management team to develop marketing strategies and promotions
  6. Analyze sales data and make recommendations for menu changes and pricing adjustments

Requirements
  • 1-2 years of experience as an Executive Chef or Sous Chef
  • Degree in Culinary Arts or related field
  • Strong knowledge of food safety and sanitation procedures
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends

Work Environment
