Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Personal Lines CSR to join our team at BIG - Whitby. As a key member of our sales and service team, you will be responsible for managing inbound client inquiries, supporting the sales team, and adhering to underwriting guidelines and processes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage inbound client inquiries and outbound client follow-up
- Support the sales and service team
- Adhere to underwriting guidelines and processes
- Manage Renewals: review and re-market policies, identify gaps and opportunities, make recommendations based on individual needs
- Opportunity to earn more through sales and monthly incentives
Qualifications:
- Minimum 1 year RIBO License and 1 year general insurance brokerage experience
- Ability to work independently and set daily tasks and goals
- Ability to organize and prioritize incoming tasks to meet client expectations
- Strong interpersonal and communication (written and oral) skills
- Prior experience with Powerbroker (or similar) & Company Portals
