About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Manufacturing Manager to join our team at Allwood Quality Kitchens Ltd. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day activities of our manufacturing department.

Key Responsibilities
  • Equipment Maintenance: Develop and implement effective equipment maintenance schedules to ensure optimal performance and minimize downtime.
  • Team Leadership: Hire, train, and supervise a team of employees to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to operate new equipment and production techniques.
  • Inventory Management: Organize and maintain accurate inventory records to ensure efficient production and minimize waste.
  • Process Improvement: Plan and implement changes to machinery, equipment, and production systems to improve efficiency and productivity.
  • Operational Oversight: Plan, organize, direct, control, and evaluate daily operations to ensure they are running smoothly and efficiently.
Requirements
  • Experience: 5 years or more of experience in a manufacturing or production environment.
  • Language: Fluency in English.
  • Work Schedule: 40 hours per week.
