Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Manufacturing Manager to join our team at Allwood Quality Kitchens Ltd. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our manufacturing department, ensuring the efficient production of high-quality kitchen cabinets.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement equipment maintenance schedules to minimize downtime and optimize production.
  • Supervise and train employees in the use of new equipment and production techniques, ensuring they have the necessary skills to perform their duties effectively.
  • Organize and maintain inventory levels to ensure timely delivery of materials and components.
  • Plan and implement changes to machinery and equipment, production systems, and methods of work to improve efficiency and productivity.
  • Direct, control, and evaluate daily operations to ensure they are running smoothly and efficiently.
Requirements
  • 5 years or more of experience in a manufacturing management role.
  • Permanent employment with a competitive salary and benefits package.
  • Fluency in English as the primary language of communication.
  • Ability to work 40 hours per week in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
