Join ONTARIO CAMERA as a Service Delivery Manager and take on a leadership role in ensuring the smooth operation of our teams. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for coordinating activities with other work units or departments to achieve business objectives.

About the Role

The estimated salary for this position is $60,000 - $80,000 per year, depending on experience. This is a permanent full-time opportunity with 40 to 44 hours of work per week. You will be working in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines, but also enjoy excellent benefits including dental plan, disability benefits, health care plan, vision care benefits, and more.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate Team Activities: Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure efficient execution of projects and tasks.
  • Establish Work Schedules and Procedures: Develop and implement effective workflows to meet business needs.
  • Prepare Reports: Compile data and insights to inform decision-making and drive business growth.
  • Resolve Issues and Provide Technical Advice: Troubleshoot problems and offer expert guidance to improve productivity and quality.
Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
  • Experience: 1-2 years of relevant experience in a leadership or coordination role.
  • Skills: Strong organizational skills, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, ability to work under pressure, attention to detail, and initiative.
