Food Service Supervisor

Prairie Donair is seeking a skilled Food Service Supervisor to lead our kitchen team. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest quality food and service standards are met.
Key Responsibilities:
- Establish efficient methods to meet work schedules and maintain a smooth kitchen operation.
- Supervise and coordinate the activities of staff who prepare and portion food, ensuring that all tasks are completed to the highest standard.
- Train staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures, promoting a culture of excellence and teamwork.
- Maintain accurate records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage, providing valuable insights for future planning.
- Prepare and submit reports to management, highlighting key performance indicators and areas for improvement.
- Work closely with the chef to prepare food order summaries and ensure that all orders are fulfilled to the highest standard.
- Supervise and check the assembly of trays and delivery of food trolleys, ensuring that all food is presented to the highest standard.
Requirements:
- 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a similar role.
- Permanent position with 40 hours per week.
- Fluent in English.
