Food Service Supervisor

We are seeking a highly skilled Food Service Supervisor to join our team at Prairie Donair. As a key member of our food service team, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest quality of food and service to our customers.
Key Responsibilities:- Establish Methods to Meet Work Schedules: Develop and implement efficient methods to meet work schedules, ensuring that all tasks are completed on time.
- Supervise and Coordinate Activities: Supervise and coordinate the activities of staff who prepare and portion food, ensuring that all food is prepared to the highest standards.
- Train Staff: Train staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures, ensuring that all staff are equipped to provide excellent service.
- Ensure Quality Control: Ensure that food and service meet quality control standards, maintaining a clean and safe environment for our customers.
- Maintain Records: Maintain records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage, providing accurate and timely reports to management.
- Prepare Reports: Prepare and submit reports on food sales, inventory, and other relevant data, providing valuable insights to management.
Requirements:
- 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a food service environment.
- Permanent employment.
- English as the primary language of work.
- 40 hours per week.
