Food Service Supervisor

We are seeking a highly skilled Food Service Supervisor to join our team at Prairie Donair. As a key member of our food service team, you will be responsible for ensuring that our customers receive exceptional service and high-quality food.
Key Responsibilities:- Establish Work Schedules: Develop and implement efficient work schedules to meet the demands of our busy restaurant.
- Supervise Food Preparation: Oversee the preparation and portioning of food to ensure that it meets our high standards of quality and presentation.
- Train Staff: Provide comprehensive training to our staff on job duties, sanitation procedures, and safety protocols.
- Quality Control: Ensure that all food and service meet our quality control standards, maintaining a clean and safe environment for our customers.
- Record Keeping: Maintain accurate records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage to inform our business decisions.
- Reporting: Prepare and submit regular reports to management on key performance indicators.
Requirements:
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
- Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years
- Language: English
- Work Hours: 40 hours per week
