The Role

">

As our Senior Fundraising Strategist, you will play a key role in developing and implementing innovative fundraising strategies to drive growth and sustainability for our organization.

Your Key Responsibilities

  2. Develop and execute multi-year fundraising plans to secure new funding sources and increase revenue streams.">
  3. Build and maintain strong relationships with donors, stakeholders, and community partners to foster collaboration and support for our mission.">
  4. Lead a team of staff and volunteers in fund development, marketing, and event planning to ensure successful outcomes.">
  5. Research, prepare, and manage funding proposals, grant applications, and reporting to maximize funding opportunities.">
  6. Identify and pursue new funding opportunities and innovative revenue streams to drive growth and sustainability.">
  7. Oversee branding, media relations, and content creation to ensure consistency and alignment with our organizational goals.">
  8. Collaborate with local media and community organizations to promote awareness of Stepping Stones and its initiatives.">

What We Offer

">

We offer a competitive salary range of $85,000 - $110,000 per year, depending on experience, as well as a comprehensive benefits package and opportunities for professional growth and development.

Requirements

  • ">
  • Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, communications, public relations, or a related field.">
  • Fundraising certification (e.g., CFRE) and planned giving training are considered an asset.">
  • Minimum five years of experience in fundraising, marketing, or related fields within the non-profit sector.">
  • Proven track record of successful fund development, donor stewardship, and grant writing.">
  • Strong knowledge of fundraising principles, marketing strategies, and donor relationship management.">
  • Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and public speaking skills.">
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines with high attention to detail.">
  • Proficiency in donor management software and Microsoft Office Suite.">
