Job Title: Procurement Operations Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Procurement Operations Manager to join our team at S & B Modi Enterprises ltd. The ideal candidate will have experience in managing procurement operations, including planning and controlling budgets, hiring and training staff, and implementing purchasing policies and procedures.

Responsibilities:
  • Budget Management: Plan and control budget and expenditures to ensure efficient use of resources.
  • Staff Management: Hire, train, direct, and motivate staff to achieve optimal performance.
  • Purchasing Policy Implementation: Plan, develop, and implement purchasing policies and procedures to ensure compliance with company standards.
  • Vendor Evaluation: Oversee the evaluation of the cost and quality of goods or services from vendors.
  • Contract Management: Authorize the development of specifications for products or services and manage contracts with vendors.
  • Claims Processing: Review and process claims against suppliers to ensure fairness and accuracy.
  • Data Analysis: Oversee the analysis of data and information to inform procurement decisions.
  • Reporting: Oversee the preparation of reports to provide insights into procurement operations.
  • Senior Management Support: Advise senior management on procurement matters.
Requirements:
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in procurement operations.
  • Skills: MS Access, MS Excel, MS Office, MS Outlook, MS PowerPoint, MS Word, MS Project.
