Job Description


The successful candidate will be responsible for evaluating aerospace devices and systems, with a focus on Training Systems Integration (TSI) programs. This role requires extensive experience as a military aircrew member, with expertise in various areas such as aerospace systems specialists and instructors.


Main Responsibilities



  • Conduct verification and validation of synthetic training devices;
  • Prepare, plan, and execute V&V testing activities;
  • Create and maintain Training & Mission Test Procedures and associated scenarios and lesson plans;
  • Provide support to engineering teams during project phases by sharing specific expertise;
  • Test simulators to ensure design, customer, training, and regulatory requirements are met within budget and schedule constraints;
  • Support customer acceptance and device qualification by governmental authorities;
  • Work with marketing teams to provide input to potential customers and assist with bids and proposals;
  • Identify and participate in defect resolution early in project execution;
  • Report test results and provide recommendations to assess project risks;
  • Participate in continuous improvement of V&V processes.

Required Skills and Qualifications


The ideal candidate should have:



  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail;
  • Ability to work under tight deadlines and manage own tasks independently;
  • Team player with persuasive communication and interpersonal skills, and high integrity and professionalism;
  • Computer literacy and autonomy;
  • Availability to travel to various locations for on-site work;
  • The individual does not require a valid aircrew medical;
  • Bilingualism in French and English is desirable.
