Job Description

The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing technical expertise to evaluate aerospace devices and systems as part of a Training Systems Integration (TSI) program.

To meet the needs of military programs, the chosen candidate requires significant experience as a military aircrew with expertise in various areas, aerospace systems specialists, and/or instructor.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct verification and validation for synthetic training devices
  • Create and maintain Training & Mission Test Procedures and associated scenarios and lesson plans
  • Support engineering during all project phases by sharing specific expertise
  • Test simulators to ensure design, customer, training, and regulatory requirements are met
  • Support customer acceptance and device qualification by governmental authorities
  • Work with Marketing to provide input to potential customers and assist with estimates for Bids and Proposals
  • Identify and participate in defect resolution during project execution
  • Report test results and provide recommendations to assess project risks

The individual must have extensive experience as a Rotary Wing Military Aircrew. Preference will be given to those with experience in complex military mission and systems, tactical aircraft systems, flight instruction, maritime patrol, and tactical/Combat experience.

  • Team player with persuasive communication and interpersonal skills and high sense of integrity and professionalism
  • Computer literate and autonomous
  • Availability to travel to various locations for on-site work
  • Bilingualism in French and English is desirable
