Job Summary

BHATHAL TRUCKLINE CORPORATION is seeking a skilled Truck Driver - Long Haul to join our team. As a key member of our operations, you will be responsible for safely transporting goods over long distances, ensuring timely delivery and exceptional customer service.

Responsibilities
  • Load and unload goods with precision and care, adhering to safety protocols and regulations.
  • Conduct regular vehicle inspections to ensure optimal performance and safety, including tire, light, brake, and cold storage checks.
  • Perform routine maintenance tasks, such as brake adjustments and emergency roadside repairs, to minimize downtime and ensure smooth operations.
  • Record vital information, including cargo details, hours of service, distance traveled, and fuel consumption, to optimize routes and reduce costs.
  • Hold a valid Driver's License (Class 1 or A) and possess excellent driving skills, with a strong emphasis on safety and customer satisfaction.
  • Experience is an asset, but not required; we offer a permanent position with a 40-hour workweek and English as the primary language of communication.
Requirements
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent experience.
  • Valid Driver's License (Class 1 or A).
  • Excellent driving skills and a strong emphasis on safety and customer satisfaction.
