Cementing Supervisor Job in Lloydminster, AB

Magnum Cementing Services is seeking a skilled Cementing Supervisor to oversee remedial cementing operations in Lloydminster, AB.

As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing day-to-day field operations, ensuring efficient execution of cementing jobs, and maintaining high-quality standards. Your expertise will be crucial in delivering exceptional results while prioritizing safety and adhering to company policies.

We are committed to providing a competitive compensation package, including an estimated salary of $$90,000 - $110,000 per annum, depending on experience. Responsibilities:
  • Oversee and coordinate remedial cementing operations, ensuring timely completion and adherence to client specifications.
  • Lead a team of personnel, equipment operators, and material handlers to achieve operational goals.
  • Maintain accurate records, reports, and logs to track job progress, safety incidents, and maintenance activities.
  • Collaborate with sales and dispatch teams to ensure seamless communication and effective job execution.
  • Evaluate and recommend improvements to operational processes and procedures.
Requirements:
  • Demonstrated experience as a cementing supervisor or equivalent role in the oil and gas industry.
  • Valid Class 1 driver's license with a clean driving record.
  • Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions, lifting up to 23 kg, and standing for extended periods.
  • Able to lead and motivate a team, promote a culture of safety, and adhere to company policies.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Good computer skills, proficiency in Microsoft Office, and experience with cementing job design and client specifications.
  • Experience in operating pumpers, performing regular maintenance on equipment, and rebuilding machinery.
  • Demonstrated leadership skills, ability to adapt to change, and commitment to customer satisfaction.
