Job Title: Server - Food and Beverage Services

We are seeking a skilled and friendly Server to join our team at IHOP Fallsview.

Job Summary:

The Server will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, taking orders, and serving food and beverages in a fast-paced restaurant environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Take orders and relay to kitchen and bar staff
  • Prepare and serve specialty food at customers' tables
  • Present bills to customers and accept payment
  • Describe menu items and make recommendations
  • Assist clients/guests with special needs
  • Provide customer service
Requirements:
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Standing for extended periods
  • Work under pressure
Work Environment:

The Server will work in a dynamic and fast-paced restaurant environment, interacting with customers, kitchen staff, and other servers.
