Job Title: Food Service Supervisor

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Food Service Supervisor to join our team at Hanna Sub Corp. o/a Subway (Hanna). As a Food Service Supervisor, you will be responsible for leading a team of food service staff and ensuring that our customers receive exceptional service and high-quality food products.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Team Leadership: Supervise and coordinate the activities of food service staff, including training and development.
  • Customer Service: Ensure that customers receive exceptional service and respond to their complaints or concerns in a professional manner.
  • Food Preparation: Estimate ingredient and supply requirements, ensure that food meets quality control standards, and maintain records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage.
  • Work Schedules: Establish work schedules and maintain records of employee hours and attendance.
Requirements:
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a fast-paced food service environment.
  • Skills: Excellent oral communication, client focus, and ability to work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines.
