Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Food Service Supervisor to join our team at Hanna Sub Corp. o/a Subway (Hanna). As a key member of our staff, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our fast food outlet, ensuring that our customers receive exceptional service and high-quality food products.

Key Responsibilities
  • Leadership and Supervision: Supervise and co-ordinate activities of staff who prepare and portion food, train staff in job duties, sanitation and safety procedures, and establish methods to meet work schedules.
  • Quality Control: Ensure that food and service meet quality control standards, address customers' complaints or concerns, and maintain records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage.
  • Team Management: Establish work schedules, supervise 3-4 people, and provide awareness training to employees to create a welcoming work environment for persons with disabilities.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years.
  • Work Environment: Fast-paced environment, tight deadlines, and standing for extended periods.

  • Work Setting: Fast food outlet or concession.
  • Work Conditions: Fast-paced environment, tight deadlines, and standing for extended periods.
