Senior 3D Artist Lead for Outsourcing Partnerships

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior 3D Artist to lead our outsourcing partnerships team.

About the Role:

  • Collaborate with our outsourcing partners to deliver high-quality art assets that meet our game's standards.
  • Support the development of technical guidelines and checklists to ensure seamless integration of external art content.
  • Review and evaluate assets coming from outsourcing partners, providing constructive feedback to improve their quality.
  • Promote best practices and provide training to our partners on industry-standard tools and workflows.
  • Work closely with our art review meetings to ensure all stakeholders are aligned on art direction.
  • Foster strong relationships with our vendors to drive successful collaboration.
  • Take ownership of the Technical Guidelines checklist documentation, ensuring it remains up-to-date with the latest technical features.
  • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of our game's engine and its capabilities to effectively integrate external art content.

About You:

  • 5+ years of experience in 3D art production, with a focus on leadership roles.
  • Proven track record of delivering high-quality art assets on time and within budget.
  • Excellent communication and project management skills, with the ability to work effectively across multiple teams.
  • A solid understanding of industry-standard tools, such as Maya, ZBrush, and Substance Painter.
  • Experience working with Unreal Engine and other game engines.
  • Able to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines, while maintaining a positive attitude and a solutions-focused mindset.
