Overview

Dyooti is seeking a highly skilled ServiceNow Architect to join our team. As a ServiceNow Architect, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and configuring ServiceNow solutions based on business requirements.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and Development: Design and develop ServiceNow solutions that meet business requirements, ensuring alignment with best practices for at least three ServiceNow modules (CSM, HRSD, Sec Ops).
  • Troubleshooting and Support: Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues related to ServiceNow, providing technical support and guidance to end-users.
  • Collaboration and Communication: Collaborate with other teams to ensure successful implementation and integration of ServiceNow solutions, conducting training sessions for end-users and stakeholders.
  • Project Management: Lead and manage ServiceNow projects, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality results.
  • Technical Documentation: Develop and maintain technical documentation and user manuals.
Requirements
  • Experience: Minimum of 8 to 12 years of experience in ServiceNow development and administration.
  • Certifications: Certified System Administrator (CSA) and Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS) certifications are preferred.
  • Skills: Strong understanding of IT Service Management (ITSM) processes and best practices, knowledge of ServiceNow modules such as SSO, CMS, Virtual Chat, Service Portal, Tours, Incident Management, Problem Management, Change Management, Service Catalog, Asset Database, and CMDB.
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or related field.
Additional Requirements
  • Systems Integration: Experience with various systems integrations such as REST and JSON.
