Job Title: Business Development Officer

We are seeking a highly skilled Business Development Officer to join our team at Quincy Healthcare and Homecare Services Incorporated. As a key member of our organization, you will play a crucial role in driving business growth and development.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement policies to promote business growth and development.
  • Supervise professional and support staff, as well as students, to ensure effective team management.
  • Administer programs to attract industrial and commercial investment in rural and urban areas.
  • Provide expert advice on procedures and requirements for government approval of development proposals.
  • Conduct comparative research on marketing strategies for industrial and commercial products.
  • Prepare reports, research papers, educational texts, and articles to support business development initiatives.
  • Design and conduct quantitative and qualitative research projects to inform business decisions.
  • Develop a portfolio of marketing materials to promote business growth.
  • Design, conduct, and analyze online marketing, e-commerce, and website promotions.
  • Develop and implement marketing strategies to drive business growth.
Requirements:
  • 1-2 years of experience in business development or a related field.
  • Strong understanding of business development principles and practices.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
  • Attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Flexibility and adaptability in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office, including Excel, Word, and Outlook.
Working Conditions:
