Job Title: Business Development Officer

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Business Development Officer to join our team at Quincy Healthcare and Homecare Services Incorporated. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing business strategies to drive growth and expansion in our rural and urban areas.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement business policies and procedures to promote industrial and commercial investment.
  • Supervise professional and support staff, as well as students, to ensure effective program administration.
  • Administer programs to promote business investment and provide advice on procedures and requirements for government approval.
  • Conduct comparative research on marketing strategies and prepare reports, research papers, and educational texts.
  • Design and conduct quantitative and qualitative research projects, as well as online marketing and e-commerce promotions.
Requirements:
  • 1-2 years of experience in business development or a related field.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • Proficiency in MS Office, including Excel, Word, and Outlook.
Working Conditions:
  • Fast-paced environment with a focus on attention to detail.

  • English is the primary language of communication.
