The successful candidate will be responsible for leading a team of sales and marketing professionals, developing and implementing sales strategies, and driving business growth in the region.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve business growth and revenue targets
- Lead a team of sales and marketing professionals to achieve sales and marketing objectives
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, suppliers, and internal stakeholders
- Monitor and analyze sales performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement marketing campaigns and promotions
- Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements
- University degree in Business Administration or related field
- Minimum 10 years of experience in sales and marketing, with at least 5 years in a senior management role
- Proven track record of achieving sales and revenue growth
- Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a team
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers, suppliers, and internal stakeholders
