Qualifications- Education: Completion of secondary (high) school graduation certificate
- Experience: 1 to 2 years in a similar role
- Manage and distribute incoming mail and other communications
- Document and prepare minutes for meetings, seminars, and conferences
- Establish and maintain office procedures and workflows
- Coordinate and confirm appointments
- Handle telephone inquiries and relay messages efficiently
- Procure office supplies and oversee inventory management
- Facilitate negotiations for collective agreements on behalf of stakeholders
- Organize travel arrangements, including itineraries and reservations
This is a permanent position with a commitment of 40 hours per week. The primary language of communication will be English.
