Job Description:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced sales supervisor to join our team at 9330-8823 Quebec Inc. As a sales supervisor, you will be responsible for supervising staff, assigning duties, authorizing returns, selling merchandise, preparing sales reports, and resolving customer issues.

Responsibilities:
  • Supervise staff and assign duties to ensure efficient operation of the wholesale establishment.
  • Authorize return of merchandise and resolve customer complaints in a professional manner.
  • Prepare sales reports on sales volumes, merchandising, and personnel matters.
  • Develop and implement strategies to increase sales and improve customer satisfaction.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in sales or a related field.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in sales or a related field, with a focus on supervision and leadership.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with staff and customers.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to make informed decisions.
