Job Title: General Farm Worker

We are seeking a reliable and organized General Farm Worker to join our team at FutureLife Agricultural Products LTD.

Job Summary:

The General Farm Worker will be responsible for performing various tasks related to crop farming, including fertilizing, spraying, and harvesting crops. The ideal candidate will have experience working outdoors in all weather conditions and be able to lift up to 23 kg (50 lbs) regularly.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Fertilize and spray crops as instructed
  • Harvest crops, including fruits and vegetables
  • Grade and pack produce for market
  • Load, unload, and transfer crates, supplies, and farm produce
  • Detect disease and health problems in crops and livestock
Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Experience working in agriculture or a related field
  • Ability to work outdoors in all weather conditions
  • Physical ability to lift up to 23 kg (50 lbs) regularly
  • Reliability and organizational skills
